Home inspections are a non-invasive visual inspection of the homes components, materials and systems. We inspect the structure, roof, exterior, interior, garage, electrical systems, plumbing systems, HVAC systems and appliances. The areas where we find and learn the most about the home are usually in crawl spaces and attics, so we take extra time with those sections of the home. We then make a photo-documented report of our findings and upload it to our website within 24 hours. Termite inspections in the state of Florida are actually called Wood-Destroying Organism Inspections or a WDO. A “wood-destroying organism” means arthropod or plant life which damage and/ or re-infests seasoned wood in a structure. This includes termites (dry-wood, damp-wood, Formosan, or subterranean), powder post beetles, old house borers, and wood-decaying fungi. This report is made on the basis of what is visible and accessible at the time of the inspection. At the end of the inspection a hand written WDO form is completed and handed to the buyer or it can be faxed to the title co., mortgage lender or realtor the same day.

Four Point Inspections are inspections covering the roof, plumbing, electrical, & HVAC systems of the home for insurance purposes. Many insurance companies require a 4 point inspection report on homes over 20 years of age before insuring the home.
