About Us
Maverick Inspection Services has two decades of experience in the field of construction and inspection. We are experienced and thoroughly understand construction procedures and methods, wood-destroying organism identification and treatment methods, hurricane wind mitigation inspection, and retrofit methods. We continue teaching and learning about these various trades.
Our inspectors are polite, clean cut and professional. They frequently volunteer their time, skills and abilities in the community when needed. As an example, during the 2004 hurricane season that devastated Florida, our inspectors volunteered on roofing crews to quickly repair homes throughout Central Florida. None received payment for their work and some even spent money out of their own pockets to help others by means of donation.

Our goal is to provide our clients with the highest quality in professional home inspection services and to meet all your real estate investment, mortgage, and insurance needs. Our highly experienced Certified Master Inspectors have achieved over 20,000 inspections ranging from new home inspections to older homes as old as the turn of the century (late 1800s and early 1900s). Our philosophy is to inspect each home systematically with the utmost care, just as if it were our own home. We inspect all the major systems of the home including structural and exterior features of a property like grading and vegetation and its possible future effects on the property. We then explain our findings clearly in an easy-to-read photo-documented report of those findings. We have performed thousands of inspections and take pride in the services that we provide.
