Combo Home Inspections
Getting multiple homes inspected can help you evaluate the right choice. Or get two different unique inspections on one home.

What is a Combo Home Inspection?
Additionally, some need various types of inspections on one home. This might include a regular seller home inspection and a Wood Destroying Organism inspection—recommended if you have signs of termites.

Our approach to Combo Home Inspections
A combo home inspection combines our other inspections. Some examples of a combo inspection may include:
Buyer / Seller Home Inspection
This is our traditional home inspection. It is our most popular and is requested often before a home sale. It is extremely thorough and helps buyers and sellers proceed confidently.
Insurance Inspection
Our 4 point and wind mitigation insurance inspections help you identify defective systems or faulty work that may be flagged by insurance carriers. These add-on inspections can help you have the seller correct any roadblocks to insurance and help you obtain insurance at the most competitive rates. These unbiased inspections will help insurance companies understand the true value of your home.
Scan with our FLIR Thermal Infrared Cameras
We do thermal camera scans for moisture and any water intrusion. Another benefit of thermal camera scans is we can find evidence of electrical overheating.
Wood Destroying Organisms
If the home shows any signs of termites or other pests, the WDO inspection is recommended to fully unearth the depth of the pest infestation.

Reviews on our Home Inspections
“Mike is a very knowledgeable and thorough inspector. He is kind and patient with the seller and/or buyer with any questions they may have and explains everything in detail. Will definitely refer him to my friends for any home inspections or home repair referrals.“
—Annemarie Romasco
“As a first time home buyer, I can appreciate Michael making me feel comfortable about his extensive knowledge of the home inspection process. Our initial conversation was very detailed, and he thoroughly explained what he would be looking for. I expressed my concerns to him, and he made sure to address them on our followup call after the inspection. I was not able to be present for the inspection but felt very confident in Michael’s talent from start to finish. The inspection report was detailed, and the followup questions I had were thoroughly answered and we were able to really get down to the “important” details that needed to be addressed on the home before purchase. Michael is a consummate professional, and I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home.“

FAQs
Do I need to be home for the inspection?
No worries, you don’t need to be there for the whole inspection. We’ll just need a key to access the house. However, we prefer you are there at the end, if possible. If you are out of town and this is not possible, no problem. The report is photo documented and detailed. Because our reports are so thorough, we get very few calls later.
How much does this cost?
The price of the inspection depends on the size of the home and the number of stories you house is. Please contact us for an exact quote.
Do You Inspect Pools, Hot Tubs And Irrigation?
We do! Maverick Inspection Services can provide a comprehensive pool and hot tub or irrigation inspection. However this is at an additional cost to our home inspection. Please contact us for a quote.
What if I'm Out of the Country?
Our reports are highly detailed and they are uploaded online for your review. As long as we have access to the house, we can do a home inspection for a client out of the country.
Can I see a sample report?
Sure, here are some sample reports:
How long does this inspection take?
The inspection of a home takes 2-4 hours on average. This will depend on the size of the building.
Do I Need To Provide Anything Before The Inspection?
We’ll need access to the property, usually by means of a homeowner or a Realtor. If you have knowledge of any issues before we arrive, it is helpful to provide those to us as well. If you have any specific concerns, let us know. We’ll give them our special attention.
Can I combine inspection on multiple houses?
You can combine the following:
- Multiple inspections on one house. (For example, if you need a home inspection, a Wood Destroying Organism Inspection, and an Irrigation Inspection.)
- Multiple inspections on various houses. (For example, if you are considering buying a home but can’t decide between two homes—we’ll inspect them both for you and provide reports on both homes to help you make a good decision.)
Do you recommend contractors to fix my issues?
Upon request, we can provide a list of well-reviewed local contractors that our customers enjoy using.
However, you always hire a contractor at your own risk.
