A Great Home Inspection Company!:
I hired Maverick Inspections to perform an inspection for me on a house that I was only able to visit once, briefly, while interviewing for a new position in the Orlando area. Michael Vergara did a wonderful job assessing the pros and cons of the house, summarizing it succinctly, and in a manner that was understandable and useful to us. Not only did his report help us to negotiate a fair price on our house (including the price of important upcoming repairs), but it helped me to move into my new home with confidence. Although I wasn’t able to go over my new home with a fine tooth comb, he did. His report was speedy as well. He promised it in 24 hours, and we received it in 24 hours. No delays, no worries. Working with him was a seamless, effortless process at a stressful time, which is why I am happy to write this recommendation for him.
Even after I bought the house and I had additional, follow up questions, he was just as attentive and responsive as the day we hired him. I am a very discerning consumer, and I would happily do business with him again. I recommend him very highly!!!
